A Family Business Legacy

Each year, the OSU Austin Family Business Program recognizes select businesses for their familial practices and for “their innovation, entrepreneurship, commitment and heart.” Founded in 1988, the Excellence in Family Business Awards program invites family businesses to apply and applications are then reviewed and rated by a panel of judges.

We are so proud and honored to have been named a Finalist in the Generational Development category.

Here’s why: Rick John, our fearless leader, hired his sons (Brian, CFO & Jason, COO) to join him on the leadership team. Both Brian and Jason grew up with the mindset of working at Hagan Hamilton Insurance Solutions one day, alongside their father.

But theirs isn’t the only family at Hagan Hamilton Insurance Solutions. In reality, all employees are treated like family.
