Anxiously awaiting the results, employees of almost all of Oregon Business 100 Best companies to work for networked, dined and celebrated at the Oregon Convention Center on Thursday evening, March 3, 2016. Four representatives of Hagan Hamilton Insurance Services – Craig & Nancy McClain, Chris Evers and Casey Hostetler – joined in the festivities.
The evening began with live music and networking, then continued on to award businesses newly inducted into the Hall of Fame, which is for those have been included on the Oregon Business 100 Best list for 10 years or more. Craig was excited to join the stage with a few other Hall of Fame inductees – Hagan Hamilton has now been in the top 100 businesses for 10 years combined. (This is our 7th consecutive year of being on this list.)
Our Keynote Speaker, Frank Foti, CEO of Vigor Industrial, addressed the audience about bringing more to your business than just a good workplace. He urged business leaders to bring Truth, Responsibility, Evolution and Love to their offices and culture. Find new and honest ways in which to think, act and do business. But the heart of his message was the people. It’s always about the people who make things happen – without your people, your business could not do any business.
